New Hires and Promotions in the Custom Graphics Industry

Cap America, HYBRID Software, MagnaColours, and SanMar announce personnel changes

Cap America promotes Missy Bellew to assistant accounting manager. Within the role, Bellew’s responsibilities include processing and recording customer payments, managing customer collections, and providing support to other members of the finance team. She reports to Accounting Manager Jeni Pierce, who states, “Missy has been a valuable addition to our team, and I look forward to her continuing to excel in this new role.”

Curt Carr, chief financial officer, recognizes the importance of Bellew’s position, saying, “As the company grows, we need skilled and efficient team members like Missy in these supportive roles. She will undoubtedly help to improve efficiencies and performance within the department.”

HYBRID Software builds its North American presence with the promotion of Peter Kincaid to vice president of sales. His responsibilities include focusing on the direct sales group and channel partners throughout the U.S. and Canada. Previously, he was senior solutions architect at Schawk! and director of software deployment at Esko.

“Pete built strong customer connections while maintaining a very special technical skill set,” states Mike Agness, HYBRID Software’s executive vice president. “He has also demonstrated effective management skills in the past. It is no surprise that Pete has been one of our company’s top sales performers globally, year over year. I look forward to working with him in his new position.”

MagnaColours appoints Gustavo Figueroa as business development manager for the Americas. After spending 13 years at Avient, Figueroa will help Magna take the next step in its journey as part of Avient Corporation.

Figueroa has over 20 years of experience in the screen printing industry. During his time at Avient, he supported the growth of its portfolio of specialty inks, including Wilflex, Rutland, Printop, Zodiac, and now Magna.

SanMar announces two new vice presidents in IT: David Smith and Mark Szkudlarek.

David Smith, named vice president of technology, most recently served as VP of enterprise applications at Koch Business Solutions. Mark Szkudlarek, named vice president of IT operations, most recently served as VP of IT strategy at Novelis.

“David and Mark are working together to prepare our company for the next 50 years,” says Jeremy Lott, president of SanMar. “We welcome their expertise and values-driven focus to our leadership team as we innovate SanMar for the future.”
