New Hires and Promotions in the Custom Graphics Industry
Cap America, Esko, Herculite, Nazdar, SNA Displays, and Tekton announce personnel changes
Cap America adds Tim Nixon as national sales manager for its sporting goods division. Nixon is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing sales within the company’s newest division as well as managing sales territories with 30 independent representatives.
Esko North America appoints Sanja Valentic as VP/GM of its North America operations. The appointment follows the announcement that Steve Bennett will retire as of March 4.
Valentic will be responsible for the management of the commercial, support, and financial performance of the packaging converters and trade-shops business in the United States and Canada, operating from the company’s headquarters in Miamisburg, Ohio.
Herculite Products Inc. promotes Peter B. McKernan to the newly created position of director of supply chain management. In this new role, McKernan is responsible for the management of all corporate forecasting and planning, and planned capacity scheduling. He continues to report to the VP of supply chain management, J. Alan Collier.
Nazdar appoints Casey Gagnon to the Nazdar Digital Technical Services team in the role of inkjet field specialist for the Chicago region in Illinois. Gagnon is responsible for installing, training, and supporting graphics and textile inkjet solutions in the region. He joined the team on Jan. 4 and assumed responsibility for graphics and textile inkjet equipment. He also provides technical support to end-users of this technology.
SNA Displays adds Megan Riddle as its new director of sales in the southeast U.S. Based in Northern Virginia, Riddle works with existing and prospective accounts in various market sectors, including large outdoor spectaculars, complex custom solutions, entertainment venues, retail, and workplace signage. She is a veteran in the direct-view LED and audio-visual industries, most recently managing a sales team for Planar Systems, where she was responsible for one of the company’s largest regional territories.
Tekton Performance Films hires Ryan Mattingly as a new territory manager for Ontario, Canada. Mattingly has over 15 years of experience as an installer and trainer in the automotive industry. The role involves both sales and the training of customers.
