Mactac Announces New North American Fulfillment Center

The Spartanburg, South Carolina, facility will support the company's North American customers

Mactac, a LINTEC company and supplier of pressure-sensitive adhesives, announces a new service and fulfillment center supporting its North American customers.

The new service center is located at the Mactac Spartanburg, South Carolina, manufacturing plant, which currently manufactures pressure-sensitive graphics.

“Mactac is continually making investments that enhance our services and expand our capabilities to better serve customers and the graphics industry,” states Dave Browske, vice president of sales & marketing. “Recent Spartanburg investments include equipment, talent, resource allocation, continuous improvement processes, waste reduction, and other productivity enhancements.”

Handling the manufacturing and shipping of stock and custom products, the Spartanburg facility is said to be “cutting-edge” according to Mactac. At 350,000 square feet and spanning 37 acres, the facility includes an 80″ dual hot melt/emulsion coater, 60″ dual solvent/emulsion coater, 60″ vinyl casting line, five slitting assets, and a hot-melt adhesive extruder.

According to the company, graphics customers can begin taking advantage of the service center immediately.
