Mactac strengthens leadership team with key executive hire & strategic promotions
Noelle Sieradzki joins the company as Janet Page & Chris Barushak receive promotions.

Mactac announced several key leadership updates, said to accelerate the company’s strategic growth, drive innovation, and enhance execution across the organization.
Noelle Sieradzki joined Mactac on May 12 as vice president of sales and marketing for the graphics and merchant products (sheets) areas of the business. Her expertise in the pressure-sensitive market, combined with her collaborative leadership style and data-driven decision making, is said to make her an exceptional fit to drive continued growth in the company’s graphic and sheet segments.
Sieradzki will oversee a talented team, including sales, product management, and marketing for these business units. She brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning commercial, R&D, quality, sourcing, and supply chain functions to Mactac. Sieradzki previously held key roles at Cricut, Avery Dennison, and GE, where she led teams to deliver market strategies and product innovations that achieved substantial market share growth.
Janet Page has been promoted to director of Mactac’s Technical Industrial Tapes business unit. A proven leader and a key force behind Mactac’s success in the industrial tape segment, Janet has consistently delivered double-digit, year-over-year growth. Her strategic focus has driven expansion in high-growth markets, including building and construction, as well as e-mobility. Janet is an enthusiastic advocate for breakthrough developments. She recently collaborated with Mactac’s internal Innovation team to advance new adhesive technologies. Her cross-functional efforts have fostered a rich culture of teamwork with customer focused synergies. Janet’s leadership will continue to be a cornerstone of Mactac’s strategic vision.
To further advance Mactac’s strategic initiatives, Chris Barushak has been promoted to director of Business Transformation and Strategy, where he will spearhead many of Mactac’s high-impact business initiatives, including the implementation of the enterprise-wide ERP system. Chris will work to identify and prioritize Mactac’s most significant opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvement – reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to performance excellence.
