Debra Ann (Couto) Ricci, 52, passed away on January 20, 2019 in Providence, Rhode Island, leaving behind son Frank T. Ricci Jr. She was the daughter of Joseph P. Couto and the late Cynthia A. (Orlando) Couto; former wife of Frank T. Ricci Sr.

Debra started working at Chewbarka, a specialized tag manufacturer, in 1985. Before working for Chewbarka with her husband, Frank, Debra worked at a hospital.

According to her son, Frank Jr., she loved to manage everything. She also helped out with manufacturing and made sure all the books were correct. “She was office manager, but she didn’t mind going out and doing other things,” Ricci Jr. states.

According to Ricci Jr., Debra had a role that not a lot of people got to see. “She was a generous person who made sure everything was on track. She made everyone happy and she wasn’t afraid to fight back.”
