LogoJET Implements 7/7 Support Structure

Technical support staff are now available to provide assistance from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT.

LogoJET, a manufacturer of UV printers and supplies, recently announced the implementation of its new 7/7 support structure.

According to the company, this initiative aims to provide customers across the nation with more convenient access to LogoJET’s services, ensuring seamless support and continued business success. Technical support staff are now available to provide assistance from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT.

LogoJET launched this initiative internally at the beginning of the year, offering its tech team a flexible schedule and improved work-life balance. This, in turn, fueled extended hours to support customers even outside of regular business hours. By maintaining this extended schedule, LogoJET states that it ensures uninterrupted service for its clients, enabling them to run their businesses more efficiently.
