Lightbox Hires Two Vice Presidents

Adspace Networks rebranded as Lightbox OOH in the spring of 2019.

lightboxooh_275x275New York City-based Lightbox OOH Video Network, formerly known as Adspace, has hired two vice presidents: Carmen Tsang is the new VP of research, and Rich Knopke the new VP of strategic sales.

Tsang comes to Lightbox from Universal McCann/J3, where she led analytics and research for the Johnson & Johnson and Coach accounts as the vice president research director. In addition to several years spent at other media agencies, including MediaCom and Zenithmedia, the NYU grad served as the ad sales research lead at Turner Broadcasting on the CNN and HLN brands.

Knopke joins Lightbox with more than 20 years of experience in digital media where he has a track record of driving revenue growth and building successful teams for leading media giants and startups. He was most recently chief revenue officer at Jelli, a programmatic audio advertising platform acquired by iHeart Media. There he oversaw sales for various divisions. Prior to Jelli, Knopke was chief revenue officer at Genesis Media, senior vice president of sales at Gannett/USA TODAY, and he also held leadership positions with the digital divisions at NBC Universal and The Wall Street Journal. Most notably, he helped build the sales team at Tremor Video, which ultimately led the company to its IPO.
