Lane Seven has released the latest feature in its Meet The Innovator series, spotlighting Gian Frabotti, founder of Undisputed Principles.
Based in downtown Los Angeles, Frabotti has spent nearly two decades in the apparel industry learning what works, and what doesn’t. After launching multiple brands and navigating an industry known for gatekeeping, he built Undisputed Principles around one core idea: sharing information instead of withholding it.
In the interview, Frabotti talks about what separates brands that last from those that don’t, why a brand’s intent matters more than profit, and how clothing can act as a vehicle for message and identity. He also shares why quality and materials are part of a brand’s responsibility that comes with putting a message into the world.
