Kornit Digital to Acquire Tesoma
Tesoma is a Germany-based manufacturer of textile curing solutions
Kornit Digital, a manufacturer of digital textile printing solutions, announces it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lichtenau, Germany-based Tesoma, a global manufacturer of textile curing solutions.
According to Kornit, Tesoma’s technology and solutions align with the company’s strategy to add smart automation capabilities within its production solutions.
“Digitizing the production floor is a key pillar of our strategy and the acquisition of Tesoma will allow us to continue accelerating on our mission to transform this industry,” says Ronen Samuel, Kornit Digital’s CEO. “We’ve been working with Tesoma’s engineering team on product innovations and integration concepts, and I am very excited with our immediate and longer-term roadmap plans.”

The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before April 1, following the satisfactory completion of the business transition and integration plans.
