Koozie Group & Garyline to combine
Both companies will be fully integrating under the Koozie Group name in January 2026.
Koozie Group was acquired by Mill Point Capital in April, and as part of that transaction, Koozie Group and Garyline are set to combine.
“We will be fully integrating both companies under the Koozie Group name in January 2026, and the Garyline brand will continue to be offered through Koozie Group. Together, we will leverage each other’s strengths to deliver the impactful products and best-in-class service you expect,” stated Koozie Group CEO Pierre Montaubin in a press release.
According to Koozie Group, some of the benefits of combining will include:
- A cohesive customer experience with increased sales and service support, and expanded ways to interact
- A selection of products made or assembled in the USA.
- Expansion of full-color offerings and custom color options, as well as sustainable, exclusive, and USA-made items
- Easy order management for Garyline products via the Koozie Group Tracker
