Kati Sportcap & Bag creates Amazon wish list for flood recovery

Kati Sportcap & Bag is now accepting donations through its Amazon wish list & in person through July 18.

Kati Sportcap & Bag, a family-owned and operated source for caps and bags in the promotional products industry, has launched an Amazon wish list to support disaster recovery efforts following the devastating floods that struck the Central Texas Hill Country, which began on July 4.

Kati will be delivering the donated items directly by truck to boots-on-the-ground charity organizations.

The following items are urgently needed to support those impacted by the flood:

  • Hygiene items such as toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, deodorant, and feminine products
  • Nonperishable food items
  • Baby supplies such as diapers, formula, and wipes
  • Children’s toys and crafts
  • Cleaning products
  • Pet food and supplies
  • Clothing items such as socks, shoes, underwear, and undershirts (all sizes needed, new garments only, please)

Kati Sportcap & Bag is now accepting donations through its Amazon wish list and in person. The wish list is expected to remain open through Friday, July 18.

For those in the Houston area, in-person donations can be dropped off at Kati Sportcap, 8100 Westpark Drive, Houston, TX 77063.

“This devastating flood is being recognized as one of the deadliest and most destructive in Texas history, with damages estimated between $18 billion and $22 billion, and thousands of Texans directly impacted,” stated the company in a press release. “As a proud member of the Texas community, Kati Sportcap stands in unwavering support of those affected and is committed to helping in every way it can.”
