Medford brings a wealth of experience in electromechanical design, development, and analysis to this vital role. He has worked in engineering roles for almost three decades, having begun his career at Siemens and GE.
In his most recent position, at automation machinery manufacturer, Symbotic, he worked with both operations and installations teams to improve operational efficiency, product durability, and maintenance simplicity for components in an automated warehouse system.
Rick Hajec, Inkcups CEO, commented, “Matt will be a vital member of our executive team, ensuring that Inkcups continues to innovate with market-leading solutions that help our customers expand their capabilities. He will also bring his extensive experience in leading product teams to ensure machine quality and robustness through rigorous testing and continuous technical enhancement.”
He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a master of science in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University.
