Imperial Headwear is proud to announce its official sponsorship of First Tee through its philanthropic arm, the Imperial Foundation. As an “Inspired Partner,” the Imperial Foundation will provide support to First Tee’s national headquarters and chapter networks across the country, advancing community programs, local events, and youth initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact for young people and the communities they call home.

“The Imperial Foundation was established to support programs like First Tee that are shaping the future of junior golf,” said David Shaffer, president of Imperial. “First Tee continues to nurture talent, instill strong values, and build a more inclusive, accessible game. We are honored to be a part of that journey.”

Founded in 1997, First Tee began to make golf more affordable and accessible for kids of all backgrounds. Today, it is said to stand as a global leader in youth development, using golf as a platform to build character, instill life-enhancing values, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

According to the companies, the partnership is rooted in a shared mission: to empower young athletes, foster character development, and nurture a lifelong love for the game.

“This partnership is a meaningful reflection of who we are and what we believe in,” added Jerry Biag, director of marketing. “We’re not just here to support the game, we’re here to support the kids, communities, and character that define its future.”
