Imperial, a manufacturer and distributor of headwear and apparel, announced the appointment of Jeremy Davis as its new chief executive officer.

Imperial owns and operates multiple brands and companies, including Imperial, Pukka, and the Peter Millar Licensing Company. These brands serve a diverse range of markets, including golf, corporate, promotional products, destination leisure, team dealer, and supply chain channels. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of business growth, Davis will lead Imperial into its next phase of expansion.

“I am thrilled to join Imperial and lead this exceptional team into its next stage of growth,” said Davis. “The brand has a strong foundation and great reputation, particularly in golf. The opportunities for expansion — both domestically and internationally — are vast, and I’m eager to work with a passionate team dedicated to success.”

Davis brings expertise in global operations, strategic acquisitions, and market expansion. Having worked across industries including aerospace, medical devices, specialty chemicals, and electrical components, he recently served in the life sciences industry.

According to Imperial, his leadership in acquiring and integrating companies will be instrumental in advancing market position. Davis has successfully acquired and integrated more than a dozen companies, making him well-suited to drive expansion.
