Idealliance Offers Online-Only Color Management Training Course
The nonprofit says it is offering the course as a convenient and less-expensive way to get color management-certified.
The Alexandria, Virginia-based International Digital Enterprise Alliance, better known as Idealliance, announces its new Color Management Professional (CMP) Digital Print Course.
An online certification course, the nonprofit says it is meant to take the place of on-site courses offered elsewhere that sometimes cost much more and require your workers to travel. The course is entirely self-paced and will dig deep into topics such as color theory, color management, industry standards, industry standards, digital front-ends, wide-format printing, and more.
The course is designed to be 3.6 hours in length and will conclude with an exam that will allow you to earn a certification, and you will be allowed to test for recertification every two years.
For a limited time the course is being offered for $99; roughly a quarter of its regular price.
