Mallick joins HALO effective March 30 as executive vice president, seller platform, bringing experience building and scaling marketplace platforms, including leadership roles at Instacart and Angi, where he worked connecting customers, sellers, and partners through technology and data.

At HALO, Mallick will lead the development of the company’s seller platform, a key priority focused on reducing friction and enabling growth.

“The Seller Platform is foundational to providing accessible, scalable and adaptable solutions for our customers,” said Jim Hilt, CEO of HALO. “Ameed brings the experience to turn that vision into reality.”

DeCesare joined HALO in January as chief product & technology officer. She brings experience leading product and technology organizations through periods of scale and transformation. Most recently, she helped evolve the marketplace platform at ezCater and previously held leadership roles at Vistaprint.

At HALO, DeCesare leads the company’s product and technology strategy, including platform modernization and the development of tools that support sellers, clients, and partners.

“Erin joins us at a pivotal moment,” Hilt added. “Her ability to connect strategy to execution will help us accelerate our transformation and build capabilities that scale.”

Snyder joined HALO on March 25 as vice president of uniforms. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience in apparel and uniforms, with expertise across product design, sourcing, go-to-market strategy, sales, and category expansion.

Snyder will lead the next phase of growth for HALO’s uniforms category, tasked with deepening enterprise relationships, driving recurring revenue, and expanding brand presence across locations and geographies.

“Uniforms are a foundational way our clients express their brands in the real world,” said Hilt. “Michael’s experience will equip our team to turn this offering into a true growth engine.”

Together, Mallick, DeCesare, and Snyder will play a central role in shaping HALO’s next phase by bringing greater alignment across platform, product, and commercial execution, the company announced.
