Gemline & XD Connects launch transatlantic merch program
The new joint venture is said to be an industry-first & simplifies transatlantic promotional products logistics.

Gemline, a supplier in the promotional products industry, and XD Connects, a Netherlands-based supplier of promotional items and business gifts, announced the launch of TransAtlantic Advantage, a program designed to simplify the sourcing and delivery of promotional products merchandise across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
According to the companies, the Transatlantic Advantage program enables distributors to source and ship identical gifts on both sides of the Atlantic, “without the delays, complexities, or shipping costs typically associated with cross-border or ‘across the pond’ logistics.”
The curated collection includes 80 products for the two companies across key categories — from bags and drinkware to tech accessories, notebooks, and pens. Each product in the collection features certified recycled materials and AWARE digital product passports, which provide full transparency into material origins and verify the use of recycled materials. Additionally, every product includes carbon footprint impact data.
“As the first in the promo industry to offer a seamless transatlantic gifting solution, we are eliminating both logistical and cost barriers for our distributor partners,” said Frank Carpenito, Gemline president & CEO. “Now, businesses can deliver desired promotional items quickly, efficiently, and with confidence in their environmental impact. We have spent the past year collaborating with XD Connects to put this program together in a manner that will be turnkey for distributors, and allow them to look like heroes with their customers.”
“This collaboration with Gemline allows us to bring a true transatlantic solution to life. With this project we solve an issue for our distributors who have to deliver the same product as well as in Europe as in North America for their customers. Global brands can now gift with consistency and ease, no matter where their employees and customers are based,” stated Albert van der Veen, CEO of XD Connects.
