Gemini, a manufacturer of dimensional letters, logos, and architectural signage components, announced that Seth Soltow has joined the team as chief operating officer (COO).

Soltow brings over two decades of global leadership experience in manufacturing operations, organizational growth, and strategic execution. He has successfully led multiple organizations through transformation and profitable expansion in both public and private sectors, including executive roles at Pentair, Pleatco Filtration, Parker Hannifin, and others, the company announced.

Most recently, Soltow served as general manager for Pentair’s Pumps & Filters division. Prior to that, as president and COO of Pleatco Filtration, he spearheaded a multi-acquisition growth strategy, integrated complex operations, and introduced new technology capabilities.

As COO at Gemini, Soltow will lead operational strategy and execution across all manufacturing sites and business units. Based in the Dallas Metro area, he will spend significant time across Gemini’s plant locations, engaging directly with teams and operations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

“The sign industry is built on trust, quality, and responsiveness,” said Fred Oss, CEO of Gemini. “Seth’s track record of driving operational efficiency while keeping customer needs at the forefront aligns perfectly with our commitment to being a stable, innovative, and supportive partner to sign professionals. His experience and values will help us deepen that commitment even further.”

According to the company, this strategic addition to its executive leadership team “marks an exciting step forward in the company’s mission to serve and strengthen the signage industry through operational excellence, reliability, and industry partnership.”

“What makes Gemini exceptional is not just what we do, but how we do it,” said Soltow. “These values are more than guiding principles — they’re embedded in every decision, every relationship, and every outcome. I’m excited to build on this foundation as we continue to support and elevate our partners in the sign industry.”
