Featured Project: Former Online-Only Sticker Store Opens Brick-and-Mortar Location

StickerYou's team worked with 3M to come up with these creative wall graphics.

A retail store launched online as an eCommerce site has finally opened up a brick-and-mortar version of itself.

Toronto-based StickerYou was founded in 2008 as an online store selling stickers, die-cut decals and temporary tattoos, and over the years it has continued to grow and added new product lines. By 2018 the site was serving 10,000-plus customers a month and it experienced year-over-year revenue growth of some 44% each year from 2013-2018.

This summer, the company finally opened its first physical location at 677-679 Queen Street West, Toronto, Canada.

“We are proud to open the world’s largest sticker store in Toronto,” says StickerYou founder and CEO, Andrew Witkin. “We are excited to give customers the chance to interact with our products and experience the creative potential of stickers for business or personal expression. At StickerYou, we make what matters stick.”

As you might expect, the exterior and interior of the store is covered with stickers-but these stickers are actually graphics done in collaboration with St. Paul, Minnesota-based vinyl films manufacturers 3M.

StickerYou claims its three-story location is the world’s largest dedicated sticker store. The exterior and interior design, the company says, “highlights the creativity and possibility of the humble sticker.”
