FDC Graphic Films recognized seven valuable employees named as “Core Values Ambassadors” for the third quarter of 2024 for exemplifying one or more of the company’s five core values: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success.
“These team members demonstrate their commitment to the core values through their actions, which makes me very proud,” said Judy Eck, CEO of FDC. “Thank you to all of the nominees. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by a team passionate about FDC’s goals and exhibits compassion toward one another every day.”
A Reno team was recognized for their engagement. Team members include Jorge Barajas, production associate; Fernando Cocoletzi-Gomez, warehouse supervisor; and Justin Cooper-Mohr and Carter Cox, production associates. When the warehouse manager is out of the office, the entire production team places more emphasis on getting their work done. FDC’s Reno warehouse often gets much more accomplished beyond what’s due for a typical day because of this reliable team.
This is Barajas’ third award, the first was for his engagement in 2021 and his resiliency and drive for success in 2023. This is Cocoletzi-Gomez’s fifth award consecutively each year for his drive for success in 2020, 2022, and 2023 (including resiliency) and his engagement in 2021. This is Cox’s third award, the first was for his resiliency in 2021 and 2023 (including driving for success). This is Cooper-Mohr’s fourth award, the first and second were both for his drive for success in 2022 and 2023 (including resiliency).
Linda Carter, customer care agent, was recognized for all five core values: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success. This is Carter’s second award, the first was for her drive for success in 2023. Carter’s nominator shared that she embodies everything that FDC’s core values stand for while she had the opportunity to train alongside her. She is resilient in her work, adjusting constantly to changing needs.
Carter adjusted to the new challenge of training someone else while ensuring her work was completed. She showed kindness and patience and welcomed questions. Carter is engaged and cares about what she does. She holds herself accountable, sets goals for herself, and then checks to see if she is meeting her goals. Carter has integrity, showing the best interests of the team and the company in mind. She has proven to be an honest, trustworthy co-worker and a genuine person.
Joseph Labadie, receiving associate, was recognized for his drive for success. This is Labadie’s second award, the first was for his drive for success in 2023. While his supervisor was out of the office, the department received a large quantity of banner material, which was quite crowded in the warehouse with this high-demand product. Labadie took the initiative to find an appropriate location for the material and motivated his teammates to execute the plan to get it all placed quickly.
Eric Norby, product manager, was recognized for his drive for success. Norby has insightful pricing analysis and communicates efficiently. He asks his colleagues, “What can I do to help you?” which helps them confidently meet deadlines.
Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador Award certificate from the FDC Work-Life Team signed by Eck.
