FDC Graphic Films Announces Customer Service Changes
One of the changes involves a company veteran and the other a brand-new employee.
South Bend, Indiana-based FDC Graphic Films, a master converter and distributor of graphic films, heat transfer films and wide-format digital media, announces that Karen Snyder will assume the role of sales support specialist, moving on from her previous post as customer service manager.
In her new role, Snyder will be responsible for managing FDC’s pricing, quoting, and rebate program processes. She’ll also provide support for the FDC sales team, particularly in assisting the company’s new customers.
Snyder has been with FDC for 14 years, building up the company’s customer service team. She’ll be succeeded by Katie Stopczynski, who is now the new customer service manager. Stopczynski comes to FDC after having worked for Polywood as a customer experience manager.
