FDC Graphic Films Inc., a converter and distributor of sign vinyl films, digital media, overlaminates, banners, and heat transfer films, announces it has completed its acquisition of Eastex Products LLC, a provider of textile products and solutions with a key focus in the healthcare industry.

According to the FDC, the acquisition brings the companies together to provide a broader range of customer solutions.

“This acquisition provides business diversification and new market opportunities for both companies,” says Judith Eck, founder/CEO, FDC. “Key synergies include FDC’s converting capabilities; multiple geographically dispersed warehouses; Eastex’s supply chain; and operations from both companies. FDC’s strength in marketing and sales will help Eastex significantly grow its market share.”

Eric Hill, Eastex founder/president, says, “Our mission from the start of Eastex was to supply technical solutions to multiple industries with an emphasis on healthcare. It has always been my priority to create close customer relationships and work with them on standard commodity products as well as custom products. With the acquisition by FDC, we look forward to the next chapter of growth and success and are very excited about future offerings for our customers.”
