FASTSIGNS, a sign, graphics, and visual communications franchise, has been awarded the Franchise Customer Experience Certification.

The Franchise Customer Experience Certification, administered by the Franchise Customer Experience Institute, is awarded to franchise brands that demonstrate superior practices leading to enhanced franchise profitability via exceptional franchisee and consumer experiences.

The only brand in its category to be recognized, FASTSIGNS underwent a comprehensive evaluation process, which included an independent review of 32 key practices, telephone interviews with franchisees and consumers, and analysis of third-party data.

According to FASTSIGNS, this recognition is a testament to its “commitment to excellence in franchising, focusing on both franchisee and consumer experiences.”

“FASTSIGNS has long been at the forefront of our industry, and this certification underscores the exceptional services and strong business model we provide to customers and franchisees alike,” said Mark Jameson, chief development officer at Propelled Brands, a multi-brand platform company of FASTSIGNS. “The Franchise Customer Experience Certification has been an invaluable resource for our network, providing comprehensive data and additional tools and resources to help our franchisees continue to excel in their businesses. FASTSIGNS remains committed to building franchisee profitability and accelerating our rapid growth worldwide.”

This certification not only acknowledges FASTSIGNS’ dedication to its franchisees and customers but also grants access to a wealth of resources from the Franchise Customer Experience Institute. These resources, including hundreds of tools and research materials, are designed to further improve customer experiences and franchisee profitability. The certification and resources will support the brand’s ongoing development plans, which include the expansion of FASTSIGNS’ co-brand and conversion programs for independent shops to gain access to the brand’s resources.
