Fabric releases free acquisition due diligence checklist
The checklist guides screen printing shop owners through each stage of evaluating a potential acquisition/merger.

Fabric, a vetted membership community for progressive print shop owners, has released a free due diligence checklist for buying/merging with a screen printing shop.
“Buying or merging with a screen printing shop can be exciting, but it also carries risks. Without proper due diligence, deals can quickly go sideways,” stated the company in a press release. “To help shop owners avoid costly mistakes, Fabric has released a free checklist that covers every critical step of the acquisition process.”
Developed by Steven Farag, Fabric co-founder, the checklist guides shop owners through each stage of evaluating a potential acquisition. It highlights key areas to review, including corporate structure, finances, sales and marketing, and HR, along with the specific documents and data to request from each department.
“Our goal is to give shop owners confidence when making major business decisions,” said Farag. “This checklist allows them to gain a clear picture of a company’s health, operations, and legal standing before signing a deal.”
The checklist is available now as a free download for any shop owner considering a purchase or merger.
