Dubow Announces Leadership Team Expansion
From production floor to customer service, the team drives innovation and growth
St. Cloud, Minnesota-based Dubow, a provider of decorating offerings for apparel and hard goods, announces an expanded leadership team to transform the company’s service, production efficiency, technology, and employee development opportunities.

The new leaders join the existing Dubow leadership team of Jenna Kraemer, director of business development; Bryon Kraemer, director of operations; Kelly Landowski, director of customer solutions; Linda Neu, accounting manager; Jake Scherfenberg, creative director; Chad Felchle, embroidery manager; Adam Esselman, digital print manager; and Jacob Glover, overnight production manager.
The new team members include Andrew Hawkins, CFO; Emily Erickson, customer service manager; Karen Schmidt, director of human resources; Christopher Brown, director of production; Gino Perrone, inventory manager; and Jonathan Rieth, screen print manager.
