Decorators Community, powered by 2 Regular Guys podcast, hosts embroidery guru Erich Campbell for two upcoming online classes. The first is this Saturday, May 22, where Campbell teaches attendees why they should be offering more emblems and patches.

This free webinar, titled Why Patches and Emblems, happens at noon ET, and registrants get a free “How to Make Patches” guide, plus savings on the upcoming training class Understanding Emblems. For $7.97, those interested can purchase the VIP option for the Why Patches webinar, which includes participation in a live video Q&A, a free patch stock design created by Campbell (complete with pathing and balanced stitch densities), and access to the recorded version of the webinar.

The live training class happens on May 29, titled Understanding Emblems – Digitizing, Production, Styles, and Sales of Patches. In this class, Campbell teaches attendees about digitizing for emblems, including small detail tips, creating borders, and execution for stitching and preparing small-run patches in-house without expensive specialty machines and using multiple patch-making material processes. In addition to the technical aspects, he discusses the range of products available in the patch world and offers tips on where they fit in your product range and how to market them. This training is available for an early bird price of $79 through May 23. After this, it’s $119. This class starts at 1 p.m. ET.
