Crystal D Announces Solutions Promotion & New Hires
The company has promoted Tawauna Garner to lead solutions specialist & hired two new solutions specialists.
Crystal D, a supplier of corporate awards and gifts, has promoted Tawauna Garner and welcomed two new sales team members.
Tawauna Garner is now lead solutions specialist, where she is responsible for client relationship management, strategic account planning, sales, and revenue generation, and project management and execution. Team development is also a key component of this role. Garner, who is known by teammates and partners around the industry for her positive, can-do attitude and passion for delivering top-notch experiences for her customers, joined Crystal D in 2016 as an order entry specialist.
In the years since, she has taken on increasing responsibility, transitioning to order manager in 2019 and becoming an account manager (now called solutions specialist) in 2022. Garner is also a 2024 recipient of UMAPP’s Super Star Award.
“Tawauna has always surpassed the high bars she sets for herself while earning the respect of colleagues, customers, and partners in the industry,” said Bridget Dahlgren, executive vice president of marketing and sales. “As a lead solutions specialist, her experience and knowledge will help shape our team going forward and position us well to excel at our goals.”
Meanwhile, Crystal D has added two new solutions specialists to its sales team: Colby Kiger and Gary Rinehart.
Colby Kiger possesses inside sales and customer service experience amassed during his time working in the automotive industry. He is adept at connecting with customers and enjoys helping to identify their needs and collaborating on creative solutions. Kiger values delivering top-notch service and maintaining long-term relationships, two key assets in his role as a Crystal D solutions specialist.
Gary Rinehart brings a well-rounded background including positions held within sales, customer service, and communications. Most recently, Rinehart was focused on developing and sustaining long-term strategic customer relationships for a promotions distributor group. He excels at customer relationship management and will be a key addition to Crystal D’s sales team.
