ColDesi Joins Forces with Mesa Supplies

"Joining forces with Mesa is a natural progression for ColDesi," says Scott Colman, president at ColDesi.

ColDesi Inc. announces it has acquired Mesa Supplies, a Fort Worth, Texas-based apparel decorating supplier.

Several decades ago, Mesa Supplies Inc. and Tampa, Florida-based ColDesi Inc. divided the country by selling embroidery machines as SWF West and SWF East. Since then, both companies have renamed and grown over the years — adding direct-to-garment printers, white toner printers, rhinestone transfer machines, and expanding their e-commerce stores — all the while as friends and competitors.

“Joining forces with Mesa is a natural progression for ColDesi. That shared early experience gives us a great foundation to move forward together,” says Scott Colman, president at ColDesi Inc. “And of course, we’re excited to better serve all of our customers out west and to be in Texas!”

ColDesi previously expanded in the last few years with the addition of Pantograms (2017), Belquette (2018), and, most recently, BestBlanks.com (2020).

“We’re excited to bring Mesa in as part of the company. We’ll be able to add more of what our collective customers are looking for,” says Bryan Hall, general manager at ColDesi Inc. “And the best part is that not only do both Mesa and ColDesi customers get those additional benefits – they can do it dealing with the same Mesa personnel they’ve been buying from for years.”

The ColDesi and Mesa management teams stress that customers can use the same phone numbers and email addresses to contact Mesa staff.
