Lombard, Illinois-based Blooming Color, a commercial printer that offers all types of signage and graphics services, announces its acquisition of Graphics Plus Inc. in nearby Lisle, Illinois.

Both Lombard and Lisle are Chicago suburbs.

Graphics Plus Inc. is a commercial printing and marketing services company.

“We are so pleased to welcome the talent and expertise from Graphics Plus to our team,” says Brian Scott, president of Blooming Color. “They have been a fantastic example of exceptional commercial printing for years, and the combination of our two companies will incorporate their skills with our additional capabilities-and we could not be more excited about what our combined entities will offer our expanded client base.”

The combination of the two companies will now equal about 60 employees in four locations in the Chicagoland area, they say.

“For over fifty years, Graphics Plus has provided creative and print-based marketing support throughout the country,” says Michael Jais, president of Graphics Plus. “Joining the Blooming Color team will greatly expand our digital services, finishing, and distribution capabilities for our clients.”
