Charles River Apparel welcomes territory managers
The company added Melissa Casey & Holly Bray as outside territory managers for portions of the Northeastern U.S.
Charles River Apparel is thrilled to announce the addition of two experienced professionals to its sales organization. Melissa Casey and Holly Bray have joined as outside territory managers, bringing deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a shared passion for helping distributors succeed.

Melissa Casey
Covering New York, Long Island, Eastern New York, Southern Connecticut, and Northern New Jersey.
Casey joins Charles River Apparel with over 10 years of promotional products experience. Known for her dedication and positive outlook, she has built strong distributor relationships throughout her career and brings a proven ability to grow territories through education, training, and partnership.
Based on the Jersey Shore, Casey enjoys the beach, paddleboarding, and long walks. She’s a proud mom of four and an avid reader of historical fiction. Casey also has a personal goal to learn golf by 2026 and begins each day with the affirmation: “I believe something wonderful will happen to me today.”
Holly Bray
Covering New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Western New York.
Bray brings 20 years of sales experience, including 14 years in the promotional products industry, to Charles River Apparel. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to build lasting relationships, grow business, and stay ahead of industry trends. Her commitment to customer success makes her a strong addition to the Charles River Apparel sales team.
Bray resides in Shavertown, Pennsylvania, with her husband Nick, their 4-year-old son Scotty, and their mini Bernedoodle, Graham. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active outdoors, and cheering on Penn State and the Eagles with her family.
