BSN Sports Acquires Rochester-Based Valenti Sports
BSN Sports announces the acquisition of Valenti Sports.
DALLAS-BSN Sports announces the acquisition of Valenti Sports. The Rochester, New York-based uniform supplier has served the area since 1993.

The company currently provides more than 400 teams in the greater Rochester area with uniforms and other team goods. As part of the agreement, founder John Valenti plans to retire. Valenti’s sons succeed him in day-to-day operations.

BSN Sports says it plans to lease Valenti’s current facility so that area customers can “continue to expect the same family-oriented high level of service.” In the coming months, the storefront will transition to a team sales showroom and offices.
