BSN Sports Acquires B&H Sports

DALLAS-BSN Sports announces the acquisition of Mountain Mesa Sports, dba B&H Sports. The Grand Junction, Colorado-based B&H is a distributor of team sports apparel and equipment for the Western Slope region of the state.

“B&H Sports would like to sincerely thank all of our valued customers for your support of our company since 1980,” the company states in a Nov. 12 Facebook post. “We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with our community.”

Carlson adds that he looks forward to “continuing the strong customer relationships that we have nurtured and sustained for more than three decades.”

The news marks the latest in a 12-month string of acquisitions by BSN Sports. Late last month the company announced the acquisition of New York-based Port Jeff Sporting Goods.
