Better Sign Shop, a source for sign shop growth and automation, announces the release of the Better Sign Shop Podcast — a podcast that specifically caters to sign and print shop owners.

According to the company, listeners can learn how to build a better sign and print shop from “a few crusty sign guys who’ve made more mistakes than they care to admit.”

Overall, the podcast will include conversations and advice on sales, marketing, pricing, growth, and more.

“We’ve discussed doing a podcast for years because we kinda knew it would be a lot of fun. But more importantly — we’re doing this to help sign shop owners out there who might be struggling with the same challenges we’ve had ourselves or have seen in working with other shops,” says co-host Peter Kourounis.

New episodes of the podcast are released twice a month. In each episode, the hosts dive into everyday questions and struggles a shop owner will experience, like pricing, growing pains, streamlining workflows, and building an expert team. In addition, they will occasionally interview guests on the show and “pick their brains” for industry tips and best practices.
