Alliance Franchise Brands Adds Three to Sign & Graphics Division

The ultimate beneficiaries of the new hires will be its franchisees, the company says.

hutchinson_275Plymouth, Michigan-based Alliance Franchise Brands, the umbrella company for retail brand names such as Image360Signs by Tomorrow and Signs Now, announces some additions to its Sign & Graphics Division: Tom Hutchinson as VP of sales and training; Chad Salewski as regional director-plains region; and Nick Geier as director of workflow automation.

Hutchinson brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience to his position. In his new role, Hutchinson will focus on building out and establishing metrics for the Sign & Graphics Division’s sales programs. He will also be responsible for the development of the company’s training initiatives in support of franchise members.

salewski_275In his new role as regional director of the plains region, Salewski, who has more than 12 years of center operations experience with the Signs Now franchise, is responsible for assisting members with overall center operations by providing financial analyses, as well as supporting production efficiency, recruitment and training. Salewski brings a unique perspective to the position, having participated in numerous regional meetings, conventions, sales meetings and round table discussions since joining the brand in 2007.

geier_275As director of workflow automation, Geier will focus predominantly on the Sign & Graphics Division’s MIS systems and their integration into the other technology platforms.
