RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.-The AATCC Foundation announces its 100 for 100 Campaign, which aims to support students studying textile-related fields at colleges and universities around the United States. The association announces its plan to raise $100,000 per year until 2021 when the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) celebrates its 100th birthday.

AATCC points out that, “$100 from every individual member and $1,000 from every corporate member will meet or even exceed the goal,” and 100% of any contribution goes toward the foundation’s scholarships.

A long-time member of AATCC has put forth a challenge to endow two AATCC Foundation Graduate Fellowships: the “Grady, Hauser, Houser, Daniels Graduate Fellowship” and the “Connelly-Perkins Graduate Fellowship.” This member will match, dollar for dollar, donations to these two fellowships now through May 31, 2020. Each dollar donated to either scholarship will be matched up to $15,000.

Interested parties can either donate to the general Foundation fund or contribute to a specific scholarship or fellowship.
