Now that the holidays are behind us, it’s time to focus on the 2025 GPX schedule and what we have planned. For this article, let’s focus on WRAPSCON.

What do we have planned for WRAPSON in 2025? We are expanding the presence of WRAPSCON University to include Irving, Texas, and Indianapolis, Indiana. The hands-on training we launched at GPX Long Beach and GPX Indy last year will become a key part of the GPX experience. Led by Adam Sumner and Jamison Craw, attendees will be able to work with products on all different mediums — vehicles, construction applications, and special events. The vinyl wrap market is expanding and our goal is to continue to show attendees how they can grow in this area of their business.

In Long Beach this year, we will have the full WRAPSCON experience — the competition and the university. The competition and university will take place over the three days of the event. The competition will highlight different elements such as a vehicle, brick wall, rivet wall, corrugated wall, bowling balls/pins, etc. plus a secret task. It’s going to be really fun to watch. The competition will be judged by Starla Miller, Jen Carney, Steve Carney, Luis Tirado, and Kevin Kempf. The first place prize for the winning team will $15,000. It’s the first time GPX will offer a cash prize to the winners and we’re excited!

As for WRAPSCON University, Sumner and Craw will be on hand, showing attendees all the ins and outs, plus the newest equipment and supplies. Their space will be twice as big as it was in 2024, giving everyone a better chance to participate and learn from the best in the industry.

As we continue to invest in all elements of our shows, our goal is to make GPX the premier boutique learning and trading event in the industry. Learn, network, have fun — that’s GPX!
