AVENEL, N.J.-Vantage Apparel announces it has moved its West Coast embroidery facility to a new, larger location. The new 17,000-square-foot building is located approximately a mile from the company’s previous location in Santa Ana, California.

“The market has responded well to our on-demand model for decorated apparel and is taking advantage of recent freight incentive programs with SanMar, alphabroder, and S&S Activewear,” says Ira Neaman, CEO of Vantage. “Doubling our space in California has enabled us to add single-piece embroidery service, and eliminate receiving and storage constraints.”

Neaman projects that the strategic investments in equipment will double the company’s production over the course of the next two years. The new location features 140 embroidery heads, a showroom, and a separate meeting space for local distributors. The company says that the Santa Ana hub is also synced with other Vantage facilities including company headquarters in Avenel, New Jersey and the central embroidery facility in St. Louis.

The facility is operational as of Jan. 7, 2019. Vantage says it plans to host an open house in mid-February for promotional products distributors.

The new facility address is 3321 S. Susan St., Santa Ana, California.
