Taco Bell Selects Delphi as Preferred Partner in Order Confirmation Displays
Taco Bell already uses Delphi displays, but has certified this new model as being more reliable and a better value.
Costa Mesa, California-based Delphi Display Systems, which provides customized digital signage, hardware and other service solutions to a variety of industries, including restaurants and retail, announces that fast food giant Taco Bell has selected it as its preferred supplier of order confirmation board (OCB) technology.
The announcement comes at the same time that Delphi’s newest OCB product, the Endura 15X, has been certified by Taco Bell’s engineers.
According to Delphi, the Endura 15X is a high-performance, sunlight-readable and ruggedized display that is packaged in a slim form-factor with an all-glass front. It can run as a stand-alone display with embedded software or as a remote display which can stream video over standard Ethernet cable using video-over-IP technology.
According to Delphi, the Endura 15X can serve as a drop-in replacement for its Endura 9310 and Endura 9320 OCBs. While those models will continue to be available for purchase, Delphi says the Endura 15X will be offered at a lower cost and will deliver more value to the customer through its forward-thinking design and improved reliability.
