Sihl Adds One to Board of Directors
Aside from its headquarters in Rhode Island, Sihl Inc. also has facilities in Switzerland and Germany.
Fiskeville, Rhode Island-based Sihl is a manufacturer of narrow- and large-format digital printing media and paper supplies, including inkjet canvases, vinyl and electrostatic medias, announces the appointment of Stephanie MacLeod to Sihl Inc.’s board of directors. MacLeod, Sihl’s chief financial officer, has been with Sihl Inc. and its predecessor companies since 1998 and was promoted to CFO in 2014.
The company also says that Chris McInerney will remain CEO of Sihl Inc., the Sihl Group’s North American subsidiary. McInerney has served as CEO North America and managing director, responsible for day-to-day operations at the company, since 2015. Sihl says that McInerney has successfully led a resurgence of the Sihl Group’s North American business, having increased revenues by more than 35 percent and profitability by a significant degree during his tenure.
“Sihl Group has great confidence in Chris and Stephanie’s excellent leadership qualities and we are proud of the improvements in the business. We are happy to have both Chris and Stephanie on board and are very confident to further grow Sihl’s North American business under their leadership,” Sihl Group’s board of directors says in a statement.
Aside from Rhode Island, Sihl also has facilities in Switzerland and Germany.
