Rowmark Acquires Gyford StandOff Systems’ Parent Company
Gyford co-founders Steve and Valerie Gyford say they are looking forward to their transition into retirement.
In a joint announcement, Findlay, Ohio-based engraving substrate manufacturer Rowmark and Reno, Nevada-based Gyford Productions, parent company of Gyford StandOff Systems, manufacturers of precision aluminum and stainless steel decorative mounting hardware, announce that Rowmark has purchased Gyford, effective October 31st. Gyford Productions has served the signage, woodworking, trade show, and museum exhibit industries with mounting hardware solutions for more than 30 years.
“This is an exciting time for Rowmark, our distributors, and our customers. Our partnership with Gyford opens a whole new offering of products and possibilities,” says Duane Jebbett, Rowmark president and CEO. “We remain committed to providing our customers with the most innovative products and the best service available to the industry.”
Says Valerie Gyford, who co-founded the company with husband Steve: “(Both of us) are excited about what this means for the employees of Gyford. By joining forces, both companies will benefit from manufacturing synergies, efficiencies and an increased market presence.”
