APC & Polyprint’s Filmjet Production DTF Printer
Distributor American Print Consultants (APC) has introduced the Polyprint Filmjet production direct-to-film printing system. Engineered for high-volume production at peak performance, the Filmjet boasts advanced features such as constant film tension, vacuum powder recycling, and air knife powder removal, designed for seamless operation and superior output. The Filmjet’s Smart System Controls are engineered to automate every process from printing to curing. Production-friendly features of the Smart System are designed to eliminate common issues such as preventing media shift during printing, mitigating static, and delivering tight wound, evenly distributed rolls with no telescoping. Equipped with ink agitation, white ink-circulation system, and automated powder application and recycling, the Filmjet is said to reduce overall operating costs while enhancing print quality and speed. apcink.com
Epson SureColor F1070 Business Edition
Designed for creators ready to launch or grow their business, the all-in-one SureColor F1070 from Epson includes the hybrid direct-to-film and direct-to-garment printer with a compact size designed to fit into small shops, garages, or maker spaces. Transparent viewing panels are engineered to enhance and display the professional printing process. Featuring a PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead with Nozzle Verification Technology coupled with UltraChrome DG2 ink with CMYK+Wh, the SureColor F1070 is designed to deliver vibrant colors and detail with clarity. FUJIFILM Frontier DX400W Compact Inkjet Printer
The latest addition to Fujifilm’s Frontier printer lineup, the Frontier DX400W compact inkjet printer, boasts improvements in printing output, including the addition of two new ink colors, as well as faster image processing/printing times and a smaller overall footprint. Features include a 250ML high-capacity 6-ink system consisting of C (cyan), M (magenta), Y (yellow), K (black), SB (sky blue) and P (pink), engineered to enable more faithful reproduction of skin textures and subtle color changes. A new structural design has been developed to increase the durability of the printer body, reducing the need for frequent hardware replacements and minimizing maintenance efforts. As a result of this design improvement, the printer can print a total of up to 400,000 sheets over the lifetime of the product. Ink capacity has been increased from 200ML in the prior model to 250ML in the DX400W. Insta DTF is a universal direct-to-film heat transfer engineered for both short and long production runs. Insta DTF is developed to deliver photorealistic, full-color transfers with unlimited color potential and exceptional detail — ideal for fine lines, halftones, and intricate graphics. M&R ORBITER DTF system
M&R Printing Equipment has introduced ORBITER automatic direct-to-film (DTF) application system as part of the M&R QUATRO product line. ORBITER is designed to support optimal DTF transfer application with a full-color touchscreen HMI, adjustable place and peel settings, and reinforced construction. The ORBITER’s rotary indexing base splits the application time over multiple heat press platens to produce more than 360 transfers per hour under optimal conditions. The ability to automatically load and unload transfers removes repetitive tasks associated with DTF transfer pressing, so that the ORBITER supports one piece flow and just-in-time manufacturing models. Nazdar 775 Series UV-LED inkjet inks for Kyocera KJ4A printheads
The Nazdar 775 Series Inks are specifically formulated for use in general graphics applications. The inks are designed to work with heated medium viscosity printheads. The 775 inks are engineered to cure using lower energy output UV and LED curing lamps, meaning they can be effectively cured with less energy consumption.
