American Print & Supply Sentinel vision-based laser cutter for DTF
Engineered for decorators, the Sentinel system from American Print & Supply (APAS) combines real-time vision detection with continuous-feed laser cutting engineered for faster, safer direct-to-film (DTF) workflows. The Sentinel is said to be the first fully vision-based laser cutting system engineered specifically for DTF transfers. The Sentinel is a fully enclosed, vision-based laser cutting platform that uses an overhead HD camera to scan printed rolls in real time. There are no DXF files, CAD overlays, or manual cutline preparation required.
Engineered with an intelligent recognition engine, the unit maps each cut path automatically for immediate setup and eliminating file-related errors. FDC Graphic Films’ Double-Sided Banner Hemming Tape
FDC Graphic Films Inc. has announced a new double-sided banner hemming tape, Lumina by FDC 7699. Lumina consists of a 0.5 mil PET carrier coated on both sides with 3.2 mil of aggressive acrylic adhesive. The tape is engineered for creating hems on banner material to increase strength and durability. The 7699 Series is offered in 1″ X 36 yards, in a case of 15, and has a two-year shelf life. The banner hemming tape can be used in conjunction with Lumina by FDC 7501 Banner: 13 ounce high strength and Lumina by FDC 7504 Banner: 13 Oz PVC Scrim. fdcfilms.com
Independent Trading Co. Perform Fleece Pant
Independent Trading introduces the EXP10PANT Perform Fleece Pant as part of its Perform collection of athleisurewear made of four-way stretch French Terry. The specially designed 8.5 ounce/280-gm fabric, made of a blend of 60% cotton, 35% polyester, and 5% spandex, is engineered to move with you while retaining its shape. The men’s pants feature a tapered fit with a secondary right-hand-side zipper pocket. The face yarn is 100% ring-spun cotton and the fabric is prelaundered to reduce shrinking.
The pants have a tearaway waist label for private branding. Sizes ranging from XS up to 2XL in black, navy, pine, and smoke. Ninja Transfers Floor Graphics
Ninja Transfers has announced the launch of Floor Graphics for both indoor and outdoor use, marking an expansion beyond apparel decoration and into large-format, surface-based branding. Ninja Transfers’ new offerings are designed to be deployed quickly and removed cleanly, often used for retail, events, hospitality, and experiential marketing.
