Premier Mounts Begins to Offer Certified Installation Classes
The two-day classes will run intermittently between October and February 2020. They are worth eight RU credits.
Corona, California-based Premier Mounts, makers of mounting devices that serve the audio/visual and digital signage markets, announces a two-day certification course it is offering to its installer partners, to be held at company headquarters in Corona.
The classes will offer Renewal Unit (RU) credits in CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certifications. Qualified installers who have experience with visual display systems are invited to come to the company’s Premier Mounts’ corporate office and manufacturing facility “to receive targeted training and access on proper mounting methods for a myriad of mounting solutions including those used for LCD and LED video walls.”
“Our goal in offering these two-day courses is for our partners to gain the additional knowledge needed to improve installers’ skill sets and better prepare them for larger scale commercial AV jobs,” says Premier Mounts marketing manager Curtis Rose. “Becoming a certified installation partner also allows for us to make individual recommendations for installation jobs in each installer’s local regions.”
The classes will be scheduled between October 2018 and February 2019. Meals and lodging are included in the cost of the classes; travel to and from Corona is not. The two-day class is worth eight RU credits.
