PDU CAT announces the Calcote family is attaining sole ownership of the company.
Through many years, the Funk and Calcote families have worked together to serve the awards and personalization industry, according to the company. Over time, this relationship has evolved from vendor/customer to supplier/distributor to strategically aligned co-distributors and most recently, partners.
In keeping with the Funks’ desire to exit the company and pursue other interests, the Calcotes have agreed to purchase their remaining interest in PDU CAT and become the company’s sole owners. This agreement was finalized on October 21, 2019.
From a customer’s standpoint, this change should be practically invisible, as it will not impact the day-to-day operations of the company, the company adds.
