OSI Creative Completes Purchase of New Dimensions Research Corp. Assets
The acquisition is huge in terms of bolstering OSI Creative's presence in the eastern U.S.
Irvine, California-based OSI Creative, a designer of custom packaging, point-of-purchase and point-of-sale displays and promotional items, announces that it has completed its previously announced purchase of Long Island, New York-based New Dimensions Research Corp., a full-service designer and manufacturer of dynamic displays and merchandising for leading consumer brands.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baksha said the NDR employees joining OSI will continue working from NDR’s existing facility in Melville (Long Island), New York.
