Orbus Announces Promotion; Employee Recognition

Growth has forced the company to add an assistant GM position to its Las Vegas facility, the company says.

carnesWoodridge, Illinois-based trade show display and exhibit manufacturer Orbus Exhibit & Display Group announces the promotion of Kirk Carnes to assistant general manager of Orbus Las Vegas. Carnes has been with the company since 2014 and was most recently graphics manager at Orbus’ Las Vegas facility.

“As Orbus continues to grow, we have added staff to the team and need an assistant GM to handle an expanded role and more responsibilities,” says Aaron Kozar, vice president and GM of Orbus Las Vegas. “Kirk has worked hard and Orbus is thrilled to give him the promotion.”

rodriguezAdditionally, Will Rodriguez, client services supervisor, was recently awarded Exhibit City News’ “Top 40 Under 40” Award. Based in Las Vegas, Exhibit City News Magazine puts out an annual list of up-and-comers in the trade show and events industry who are under 40 years old.

“Will has always been someone who goes the extra mile to ensure that our clients, and their clients, have the best possible experience,” says John Warman, senior vice president of Orbus Exhibit & Display Group. “Will handles his position with an always-positive attitude and spot-on solutions to the challenges that are present daily in our business.”
