Netherlands-Based Printer Partners with Kornit to Expand DTG Operations

DUSSELDORF, Germany-Kornit Digital announces Netherlands-based Simian; an online total print provider has implemented the Kornit Atlas digital direct-to-garment (DTG) system. Kornit says Simian aims to “increase its capacity for delivering sustainable, retail-ready decorated apparel on-demand.”

The parent company of online print providing sites Reclameland, Drukland, and Flyerzone, Simian covers a variety of goods such as digitally-printed textiles, banners, and signage. The company says it first entered the decorated apparel market “by implementing two entry-level, single-pallet DTG systems.” With the addition of Kornit’s system, the company plans to up its output and print on garments such as infant apparel, T-shirts, polos, sweaters, and vests.
