Nazdar Launches InkAnswers Online Q&A Support Service
The company is offering both online assistance from experts and an online FAQ with common issues customers bring up.
Shawnee, Kansas-based Nazdar Ink Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of UV-cureable, water-based and solvent-based wide-format digital inkjet, screen-printing and flexographic inks, announces the launch of InkAnswers, an online Q&A service. The company unveiled the service with a recent video announcement.
With the online system, the company says customers get a “speedy response from one of our many print experts, minimizing your downtime while helping you maximize your print process quality and efficiency.” The platform recommends that users submit their requests with specific details, including what Nazdar refers to as S.A.F.E. information (Substrate, Application, Finishing, End-Use). In addition to direct support from company technicians, Nazdar’s InkAnswers platform features an FAQ. The FAQ includes a variety of industry topics such as direct emulsions, graphics-printing equipment, and textile-finishing equipment.
