Memjet Hires VP of Business Development

San Diego-based inkjet technology company Memjet announces the hiring of industry veteran Scott Leger as its vice president of business development.

In his new role, Leger will manage the interest, engagement and development process for OEM partners interested in using the company’s DuraLink technology for their high-volume presses.

The vast amount of Leger’s work experience was with FUJIFILM Dimatix, a piezo inkjet company. Over the course of his 22 years at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Leger’s work contributed to growing the organization from a small startup to a global inkjet industry leader. As an early member of the Fujifilm Integration Systems Group, Leger combined his printhead engineering expertise with his creative thinking to help develop integrated custom solutions for end-user applications. As his role grew and he began taking on more responsibility, Leger managed functions that included engineering, manufacturing, marketing and technical support.
