Making Personnel Adjustments when Rebranding a Business

Consider adding or subtracting personnel from your business in the act of a rebrand.

If you are branding or rebranding the image of your business, you might want to add or subtract personnel. This might include hiring someone from the area of business you are adding. Here’s an example: if you wanted to add framing to your offering, you might hire an experienced framer to teach your existing people and improve your productivity. On the other hand, you might want to educate your existing personnel with seminars, webinars, and other forms of education.
